Attendance policy: Each student is expected to attend all classes. The instructor reserves the right to check attendance and monitor class participation to use in computation of your course grade.  

Makeup policy: No late work is accepted unless you have an excusable reason (show doctor documentations).

Academic Dishonesty Policy: All assignments and exams are to be done individually.  You are encouraged to discuss problems in any assignment with your colleagues, but collaborating on specific assignments with students and/or copying solutions is expressly forbidden. If a student (team) is suspected of academic dishonesty, he/she (they) will be turned into the proper university personnel.
