    Prior to March 23$50.00 fee, removal of paper from program
    On/After March 23Full registration fee for the category of the paper will be forfeited
  • Cancellation with Multiple Author Paper/Poster
    Prior to March 23$50.00 fee, paper will remain in program as long as one author is still registered, paying the author registration fee

  • Cancellation by other attendees
