SHORT BIOGRAPHY
I am currently a Ph.D. student in the Software Engineering Group of the Department of Computer Science at the University of Alabama. My advisor is Dr. Jeff Gray. Currently, I am working on developing a web application which focuses on collecting data near and around Gulf of Mexico where oil was spilled in 2010. Prior to coming to UA, I recieved a B.S degree in Computer Science from Punjab Technical University , India on June 2006. I have worked as a Web Developer with IT SILVER from Aug 2006-June 2010.

Department of Computer Science The University of Alabama Aug 2010-Present Graduate Research Assistant Working on an NSF RAPID (Rapid Response Research) project.We are developing web application for smart phones which can be used by anyone who has a smart phone and will provide detailed information(pictures,videos,stats) about the oil spill which happened in the Gulf of Mexico(2010).
