Advising Information
Advising within the Department is handled by a specific set of faculty. This faculty works with the undergraduate (and graduate) majors in the department to ensure a timely completion of the degree, as well as satisfaction with the student's overall academic experience. This activity is separate from faculty mentoring, which is primarily designed to help the student make meaningful and appropriate career decisions. The faculty within the department who deal with advising on a regular basic have constructed a web site to help students receive basic information regarding the advising process and graduation requirements
